Term and Services

Payment

We accept all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard and PayPal.  You can pay by credit card and rest assured about the level of information security because our website is built very tightly.

If the transaction hindered or failed, please contact our chat box for optimal support.

Cancellations

Call us immediately if you intend to change your purchase.

•         In case the goods have not been shipped, we will handle them as quickly as possible on the system.
•         In case the goods have been shipped, please pick up the item and send it back to us and you will be required to bear the shipping fee.

Shipping information

We ship and free ship to all 50 states in the US by USPS (United States Postal Service) from 3 to 7 business days. Except for weekends and holidays, the order will be delivered within 24 hours and we will provide you with a tracking code on the order system to facilitate the progress of the goods.

If unexpected incidents such as a change of delivery address occur or reject goods, you will have to pay the full cost required by the carrier in that case.

In case the goods are damaged due to shipping errors, please provide the necessary documents such as purchase invoice and photo when receiving the goods but find errors such as: dented, damaged, torn the box or has a direct effect on the product, please contact us immediately via email to be resolved.

Warranty

The warranty start date for the product (if any) will be calculated from the date of issue of the sales invoice.

We offer PSI, an online system platform for activating and managing product warranties. In general, we provide a 15 months warranty on products with manufacturing defects. For more details about PSI, click here.

Except for manufacturer's damage, we will not warrant any other damage (e.g.: Self-impact forces damage the product, the product gets wet due to water during use and etc.)

Local warranty restrictions apply to all items. If we unmentioned your nation, please contact your local distributor or merchant.

Promotion

Zadez reserves the right to cancel or modify any order that contains a price error. Furthermore, any offer, sale, or discount may be terminated at any moment sans notice.

Coupons and vouchers with discounts cannot be used on goods that already have discounts applied to them.

Duties on Customs

When purchasing from zadez.us, you may be liable to customs, import taxes, or brokerage fees in some situations. Please consult your local customs agency for local laws and regulations.

All tariffs and taxes for shipments to Canada will be paid for and included in the shipping fee that is paid at checkout.

All orders to the US, Canada, and Latin America are sent from the US. Orders placed from within Europe are sent from Denmark. Orders placed in Asia and Oceania will be fulfilled in Vietnam.
